If nobody knows your website is online then they can't find your site. And if no one can find your site you can't expect to make any sales. Optimizing your website You have heard the expression that "content is king" well with SEO it is more important than anything else. When a search engine crawls your site it takes the content and index's it into a database. But if your content doesn't match what you are selling, you won't be getting visitors to your site who are looking for what you are selling.
