If men were to look at history and admit their greatest blunder than that would very likely be subjugating women. This is apart from wars and misery that history attributes to them. Thank fully it is a lot different today. Women have equal say in most things be it administration affairs of a country or family issues.

We are heading towards an integrated society where geographic borders will disappear and women have to be heard for they account for 45 percent of the work force. This is a huge number and without this group's skill, progress would be difficult to imagine. Hence all forms of discrimination against women, which have been the side effects of male domination, ought to be done away with.
Not for no reason should the women community be considered equal. Apart from the contributions they make, there are many studies which suggest women make better business people and are better at firming relationships. They are also capable of working harder and are faster learners. This can be attributed to their zeal to make themselves heard thereby bettering themselves.
Unlike men with little familial responsibility, a woman's priority is family. Despite what she is doing, family welfare is constantly nagging her. Hence time management is all the more important for women. Balancing work and life to lead healthy lives is daunting and women have fared much better than men.
No amount of bias small or big should be tolerated against an individual, particularly women, and when that individual has the potential to make a good business person. As a society there can be no factions and practices which tend to bring about such situations should not be encouraged.
