You will be amazed at what you can do on just one side of the Firm Wave. The rocking side of the Firm Wave adds a whole new dimension to exercise! Simply standing on the rocking side means that your body has to recruit all your core and balance muscles just to keep you in place, and as soon as you start rocking even more muscles are recruited. The more muscles you recruit the more calories you burn; these movements challenge your balance, so therefore your balance improves after just a few sessions. The Firm Wave is suitable for everyone!
